I have 2 problems with a VB.NET / ASP.NET app (2002 edition
1/Iget 'File or assembly name System.EnterpriseServices, or one of its dependencies, was not found. ' (this is required by a component) it is referenced and the path as shown by the refence properties is:

c:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\System.EnterpriseServices.dl

however the error messages only shows the search chain as being:
Attempting download of new URL file:///c:/WINNT/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v1.0.3705/Temporary ASP.NET Files/pdcforms0/7de36240/dd761647/System.EnterpriseServices.DLL
