Hi,
I'm new to this WebPart thing in ASP.NET 2.0.
Is it possible to have the WebPart in "Design Mode" only? I want the user to
be able to reposition the Web Parts at all times. But, I also don't want the
grey "WebPartZone" to be displayed; is that possible?
