Accesing to a LDAP server bypassing a firewall

Hi.

I'm developeding an application to access a LDAP server bypassing a
firewall. The firewall configuration is locked and I think that the
solution is access using a proxy machine. My problem is that machine
requires a secure connection (not possible with SSLSocket) and i can't
install anything (not possible RMI).

TCP/tunnel? IP/Tunnel? others ..........
