Access to key container made by administrator IN ASPNET 1.1

Hi...
I have a huge problem... I need to create a pair of machine Key Containers
using an application (with an account with administrator privileges) and
then, give the aspnet (or network service) account access to use this
machine keycontainer

I know about the different switches in the aspnet_regiis.exe tool to
accomplish this ... but the problem is I NEED TO DO THIS IN .NET 1.14322

Sorry ... first time posting ...
The thing is I've seen different methods to accomplish this, but all of them
you have to use .NET Framework 2.0. I NEED to do it in 1.1.4322 does anyone
know how to give access to a RSA key container you created to another
account? PROGRAMATICALLY?? I know all I have to do is to give permissions to
the account in All users\Crypto\RSA\machinekeys (or something like that) but
I don't know WICH file to give these permissions to (or how to find out
wich). This is part of an installer, so it all has to be done
programatically.

thanks in advance...
