Accessing Web Part personalization info from a different Web page

Hello,

I have some Web Parts and a WebPartManager on a Web page, lets say
Page1.aspx.

Now, I want to know which Web Part(s) have been closed (or those still
opened), but from another Web page, lets say Page2.aspx. Can someone tell me
how to do that? BTW, I actually don't know how to find that information even
from Page1.aspx.
