acessing body tag

I've built a control, and now i need to access the body tag from the page
that the control is attached to, to insert an OnLoad attribute.
Is there a way to do this from inside the control ? Or what's better way to
do this ?

Use RegisterPostBackScript() to insert a script. instead of using
OnLoad('runjs();') in body, just do this:

<script>runjs();</script>
