Actionless form for URL rewriting in ASP.NET V 2.0?

I use the ActionlessForm in the following article for UrlRewriting:

While this works in ASP.NET, VS.NET 2005 b2 will not display the page in the
designer offering only the message:

Unable to cast object of type
'System.Web.UI.Design.HtmlIntrinsicControlDesigner' to type
'System.Web.UI.Design.ControlDesigner'
--

Anyone got ActionlessForm working in ASP.NET with VS.NET 2005 b2?

Is there any method I can come out with the same results under ASP.NET V2
and still be compatible with VS.NET 2005?
