ActiveRecord PostgreSQL patch

As ActiveRecord doesn't have a bug tracker or mailing list, I am not
sure where to send the patch. Sorry to spam it here =/

Anyway, patch fixes INT8 (BigInt) and boolean handling in postgres.

Thanks for the patch. In the future, you can post such patches to
http://activerecord.rubyonrails.org/show/PatchForum. Instiki, Active
Record, and all of the other Rails stuff exclusively uses wikis for
project coordination and communication.
