Hi!

I did add the following small statement to the German edition of the
FAQ because it

a) reflects what is already done by nubys and
b) is helpful to know that a question is asked by a beginner in order
to provide a usable answer

Anfa:ngerfragen

Beginner's questions

If you are new to Ruby you should point that out when asking
questions. Otherwise you might not be able to understand the answers
you receive. The recommended way of doing so is adding the word
'newbie' (or the equivalent Ruby term 'nuby') at an appropriate
position in the subject of your message.

German text is longer because it has to explain both 'newbie' and
'nuby'.
