AdRotator

Is there a way I can override the URL in the XML file for the adRotator
control?

Depending on certain conditions I am trying to link to an alternate URL but
I am not having any luck and I am really hoping that I dont have to create
my own control.

Why not have another Advertisement File and point the ADRotator to this
file based on your conditions
