It's just a triangular table.
Return the value from the table.
The entries of the table can be calculated from an even simpler table
of factorials as:

you are confused. Algorithms are language independent. Do you know
what
Pascal's Triangle is, and how to calculate n+1th row given the nth
row.
If so then you know the algorithm and you just need to impleemtn it in
C.
Have a go at the problem and if you have diffilculties then post your
