AllowPaging and AutoGenerateColumns = false

I have read that in order for paging to work, on a dg that you
dynamically create the columns, you must create your columns in
Page_Init. If this is true, how am I to create the columns in the
Page_Init if the dg does not get created until a button is clicked?

Please help.

This has been driving me crazy for weeks. I have 2 apps that I need to

I dont understand, if you click a button it happens a postback, then happen
tha Page_init event, then you can create dinacally your column!
