Alternate rubygems executable directory

Hello

Is it possible to specify the directory for executable installation in a
gemspec file? I'd like to install some system-administration scripts
using rubygems, but they should be installed in /usr/sbin, and I
couldn't find a way to alter the default of /usr/bin.
