Responsibilities:
· Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management,support.
· General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and assessment / strategy.
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of Oracle EBS suite Applications experience (Oracle Services modules (Service Contracts, Install Base etc)
· 5+ years of Oracle Application configuration
· 8~10 years of IT experience
· Experience in multi-org environment with multi-currency reporting
· Experience in country specific Localization requirements and Oracle related setup
· Experience in developing and delivering training program
· Multiple Oracle implementations of the Functional Track (Oracle CRM /Oracle Service Contracts/Install Base etc) modules
· Strong Knowledge in Oracle AIM method deliverables, including the BR100..
· Communication skills: strong presentation / communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
· Must have completed at least 1-2 full life cycle Oracle Implementationsin the respective track
· Detailed knowledge of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
· Must possess strong leadership skills
