ActiveRecord::Extensions is a library built to add additional
functionality and a more modular design of adding capabilities to
ActiveRecord.

This update includes changes to the to_csv and to_csv method options, as
well as adding SQLite and SQLite3 compatibility.

MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQLite/3 are now supported.
