  1. August 15, 2003 — Intland Software today announced a free
Collaborative Software Development portal (CodeBeamer) for C/C++
development to educational institutions. Computer science, engineering,
information systems departments and students now can work together
seamlessly in C/C++ software development projects regardless of their
locations. CodeBeamer provides comprehensive collaborative features for
software development teams, it is integrated with Eclipse (IDE),
configuration management systems and can be integrated with existing tools.

Beyond the collaboration features, CodeBeamer provides C/C++ developers
with fast and fine granulated symbol search and cross-referencing, code
changes, coding violations statistics. CodeBeamer is scalable, it can be
used from small and in large "multi million lines" code projects.

The standards collaboration features include Tracker, Forum, Document
    Manager,
The product (http://www.intland.com/html/products.html) for Linux and
Windows operating systems is immediately available for download on the
Web site www.intland.com. The educational license information is at the
    site http://www.intland.com/html/free_license.html.
