JNIWrapper 2.1 for Windows
==========================

Since the JNIWrapper 2.0 release we have received a great number of
feedback on the new functionality. Few problems has been found and
many new interesting features suggested.

We are not standing still and continue moving ahead according to our
plans revealed previously. Therefore, this new release introduces
several enhancements to existing API and fixes issues discovered after
2.0 release.

IMPORTANT: Only a couple of days are left till promotional prices term
for our product and upgrades expire. The regular prices becomes
effective starting from December, 1st. Hurry up!

What's New in JNIWrapper 2.1 for Windows
----------------------------------------

1. Changes since version 2.0:
- New JAR file naming. From now on, the version of the product will
be shown in the JAR file name. For example, this version comes with
jniwrapper-2.1.jar file.
- CodeGen now can generate sources also by ProgID.
- Wnd class changed. Some static API was deprecated in favor of
non-static analogues.
- Registry support classes now come as the part of core Windows
version functionality.
- Deprecated VarEnum interface. Constants from VarType should be
used instead.
- Constructors with IUnknownImpl parameter for classes derived from
IUnknownImpl now have protected access instead of public.
- Added constructor with parameter IUnknown for classes derived
from IUnknownImpl.
2. NEW:
- Introduced Str class that isolates logic of selecting proper
string parameter implementation.
- Introduced IDispatchServer that provides default IDispatch
implementation on Java side.
3. Fixes:
- Exception handling when working under JDK 1.3.
- Fixed thread priority for OleMessageLoop, which cased problems
with PDF.PdfCtrl V6.0 component embedded into OleContainer.
- Fixed parameter handling in WindowMessage (WinPack).

API differences between JNIWrapper 2.0 and 2.1 versions are available
online at http://www.jniwrapper.com/docs.jsp.
