Hello everyone
ParseExcel has been taught how to handle various String-Encodings:
ParseExcel::Cell#to_s takes an optional argument <target-encoding> and
transparently converts its contents to this.
Thanks to Xavier Noria for his Bugreport!
By the way - should this rather be implemented as
- to_s
- to_str
- convert
What do people think?

Cheers
