[ANN] Parsifal XML Parser 0.7.2

    Hate to be snippy, but since Parsifal is not an XML parser, you might
    consider changing the name. ;-}

  2. Parsifal XML Parser is minimal non-validating XML parser written in ANSI C.
    API is based on SAX2. Parser supports many XML 1.0 spec features but
    currently lacks UTF-16 encoding and almost all DTD features,
    implementing only internal and external general entities.

    Parsifal is in the public domain.

    Feel free to send comments to the author, your comments help the author to
    make future direction plans for the software.
