    Hi,

    TeXHyphenator-J, a re-implementation of Liang's algorithm in Java, is
    available at

    http://texhyphj.sourceforge.net/

.. The module is intended for use by Java developers who need to use
hyphenation in their systems. TeXHyphenator-J accepts TeX hyphenation
tables with no or little modification and provides support for custom
    encodings.

The module is released under LGPL.
