The program (which only runs under windows) contains reference copies of
the Standards documents relating to XML

XML, XSL, XSLT
Namespaces
Relaxng, XLink, XHTML, XML Schema , XPath, Xpointer.

isn't it nice to know, that access to published standards is easily
available on a windows platform
(even when the standards are usually ignored..)
