Center control waaaaaaaaaaa

How do I center control on any client browser possible ?

I tried to tables, panels, etc... nothing seems to work.
Anyone knows a way ?

Let say I placed a Login control on my start page. I want it to be centered on in the browser whatever browser it is and resolution of the client connecting to my server
