Any help regarding the building of a Web Forms Designer Surface?

We are currently working on the development of a Web Forms Designer using the .NET framework. Any assistance will be appreciated as Microsoft does not seem to have enough documentation on this issue. Whidbey's architecture suggests that there are classes present in the new .NET framework (e.g. WebFormsRootDesigner), but how to use these classes and interfaces is still a mystery. Please help
