I want to be able to hover over a hyperlink and have a little popup message
appear above it describing what the link is for.
The page could be VERY VERY long so I don't want any wierd scrolling to
occur. I would like the description to be relative to the link (ie right
below it).
I tried the modalpopup solution and the popupcontrol solution but both dont
work like I would have hoped.
Any other suggestions/ideas?
