spot to ask them. If your question is about App XYZ, we'd have to kindly
redirect you to the appropriate newsgroup.

The regulars have become quite adept at that, too.

Then go to a Windoze newsgroup. Perhaps comp.programming.m$-windoze?
Most likely, you even need a newsgroup for your compiler suite. Since
you don't tell us which it is, you can hardly expect pointers to the
right newsgroup.
