anywhere to get all US states + counties data

I have 2 tables... States and Counties (for US).

I would HATE to fill them 1 by 1.

Anywhere to go to in order to download all states/counties in a data format?

Look for the FIPS tables. Using them you can not only get states, you can
get counties and countries.

Did not have time earlier. For FIPS, here is a county list:
http://www.census.gov/datamap/fipslist/AllSt.txt

You will have to massage the data. Another source, which is often easier to
divide out, is postal code products. If you are interested in postal codes,
a subscription may be the best method. If not, a month should run less than
$50. You can also get cities this way.
