APS.NET version 1.1

When trying to create a new 'ASP.NET web application' I get the message:
"...web server is not running ASP.NET version 1.1....." What should I do??

Go to Start/programs/Visual Studio.Net 2003/Visual Studio.Net tools/Visual
Studio.NET 2003 command prompt.
Then type in aspnet_regiis -i Then restart iis.
