Are any server components needed to publish ASP.NET pages?

Hi,

I'm about to start writing a site with database access in ASP.NET (bought a
book and everything...). I know I need to install the .NET framework on my
development machine, but do I need to do anything to the webserver that will
host the pages? It is a win2000 server with IIS.
