asp-dot-net dll on network share

Hi,

trying to use web application located on other computer to run from the
local computer IIS, i have a problem from global.asax that it can't find the
DLL.

Line 1: <%@ Application Codebehind="Global.asax.vb"
Inherits="manager.Global" %>

the security should be OK. the share have everyone read access.

why it have the problem?
