From Hosting Reseller http://www.technolojik.net/windows.htm Has anyone
seen this before.
Looks as tough ASP.NET was not installed correctly.

Hmm, are you trying to write to C:\? If so, you probably need to give the
user account that ASP.NET runs under, read and/or write access to this
folder.
