asp.net user account intalled without permission

Hello:
When I went to check my user accounts in the control
panel, I discovered that a limited ASP.NET machine account
was there. What does this mean? I did not set this up.

This account is installed by the .NET Framework and is used by the ASP.NET
worker process in order to the limit the security threats. This is a low
priviledge account and is highly recommended to use such accounts for
security reasons. If want to know more about this, I strongly suggest
