Hi,
Specs:
Visual Studio 2005 Pro
ASP .Net v2.0 (VB .Net)
IIS 6
SQL 2005
I am only just introduced to OOP.
Now I understood this was important use to be for Software development
But only Recently, websites started on OOP.
A few questions, Is it Important in todays world to use OOP for web Development?
Such as DB Class (All DB Functions), Page Class (All page layout), User Class (User details)
I always used SQL for all the work such as functions, Stored Procs, Triggers But Never used Classes
So please can someone explain if i need to start using classes or is this just another thing that will stop in the future?
Another Question
Where can I learn to make classes for web components such as Database?
How could I Transfer Data from SQL into an Object? All very confusing at the moment
I tried for 3 months and giving up on this!
Thank you
Jesse
