ASPNET_REGSQL clash with VSTF?

If I configure aspnet_regsql on the machine where Visual Studio Team
Foundation is already installed will it affect Team Foundation suite.
I will be sharing the database with Team Foundation.
I want to configure aspnet_regsql so that authentication, Session State etc.
can be setup.
