Assembly.GetEntryAssembly()

Hi folks!

In which circumstances does this method return null.
Assembly.GetEntryAssembly()

I have two web application DLLs. The first is calling a method in the second
one. The GetEntryAssembly() method returns null if called in the second
assembly
