Atlas SimpleList Example

Hi,
I'm trying to get the SimpleList example running but when I click on
the "SimpleLists.mdf" database under "Data Connections" I get an error
saying that my system does not allow remote connections.

I think this is because the database connection string is expecting to
connect to ".\SQLEXPRESS". But when I look in the "Services" console I
do not see a "SQLEXPRESS". I do see "MSSQLSERVER".

How can I resolve this?
