If such thing as audio capture is available on your system,
it's a feature of the system. C++ _language_ has no means
to "capture audio", this is achieved by use of some library
and in order to learn about it, you need to ask in a forum
dedicated to programming your system. Try finding the
appropriate newsgroup among 'comp.os.*' hierarchy.
