As a development project I've been working on comes to a close, I am
starting to contemplate including my own automatic update system. I
have a rather sizable ASP.NET application that is being distributed to
hundreds of clients, and having my own update system (such as live
update or windows update) would greatly simplify upgrades, bug fixes,
etc. While I have a basic idea of how to do this, I just wanted to
ask if anyone has ever done it? Are there any good tools already out
there before I go diving in? Just interested to hear your experiences
with this if you have any. Thanks!
