Automatically adding of comments on certain declarations

Hello.

Is there an easy way to add comments to the sourcecode at certain
declarations (for example on each String defined as a Field)?
I’m thinking of a tool which goes through the source code and looks for
these declarations and adds the comment.

Hint: I want to use this to add Eclipse Tasks, which are comments led
by “TODO:â€.
