AXD file is not rendering after installing Framework SP1 (Due to S

I am using framework 2.0 and and my whole application wsa working fine.
After installing framework SP1 ( due to security ) all my java script
validation are going exception since my AXD file is not rendering
Please advise me how I Can fix this.
This very urgent for me
