you just use a bit of creative image slicing to place the parts of the
background image on the appropriate pages so it looks like a single
image is behind the frame but its very fragile and you really shouldn't
be using frames.

I guess I could use Tables to seperate what i want to seperate and us a
fixed background.Then carry the navigation over to each page...hmmmm thats a

I could give you a piece of php code you could use so that you would only
have to have one page and changes the include when a menu item is clicked
on.
