I guess I could use Tables to seperate what i want to seperate and us a
fixed background.Then carry the navigation over to each page...hmmmm thats a
thought

I could give you a piece of php code you could use so that you would only
have to have one page and changes the include when a menu item is clicked
on.

nav is rarely a reason to use frames.
