Basic 2 java

Is there an programs that will translate Basic or any language to java?

ergo you can't

i saw a tool which annouce itself can translate asp to jsp.
but i think, it is impossible. if i use com component in my asp, the tool
can turn it into jsp? if i use a word document object in my asp, it can be
turn into jsp. it is really a great tool.
