BC30451: Name 'Container' is not declared. -- Solved

Ok After spending why to long on this problem I found out that I was
infact stupid.

the problem was that I needed to add a # sign
This is wrong
<% DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "CustName") %>

this is correct
<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "CustName") %>

its that simple.
