But I have done a lot of resource with out answers.

Ex. for a portal like site with a lot of content is it best to use resource
files?

For each page a resource file?

With articles like content, to use txt files in resource files?

Better to use a DB for all the resources?

(And manual implement the localization process?)
Or resources for titles and DB for content?

For tracking the user it is better to use query strings?

Redirecting or cookies?

What about the search engines?



I know that it is a big concept but until now asp net 2 is in the scene
enough and I was looking for real world tested solutions.

The search in google only returns partial solutions (asp net features
demonstration) or ready commercial cms solutions.
