Binding Image data type columns

How can I bind images stored in image type columns in a web form? Using the
Response.BinaryWrite() method, I can only render to an emplty browser
window. How would I rendering images into a specific area of a web form,
perhaps using an image web control embedded in a data list? I'd like to have
control over the position and size of the image.

One technique is to use a second page to generate your image such as:

img.ImageUrl = "webform2.aspx?id=5"

The other page supplies the image using BinaryWrite to emit the binary image
