i'm having trouble with my spartan 3a dsp VSK (3400a).
- how can i program my fpga device? i downloaded .bit file to fpga, but that's not enough.
downloaded bit file is not starts when ON switch is active, dev. kit boots from it's own bootloader. (DIP SW2 6,7,8 pins)
