Broken CSS

My sites here, but in chrome you can't click the side menu links as it's like somethings over it?

I really don't know much CSS so any help would be appreciated!

It works perfectly in my Chrome Version 34.0.1847.116 m on Windows 7
Professional Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1). Perhaps you
have Javascript turned off in your Chrome browser.
