Broken graphics on Login page

I am writing an application that uses forms based authentication. All a
sudden my login page stopped showing any of the graphics on it. It had
been working fine. I add a button to one of the other pages that I have
in the application and called the login page. Done that way the
graphics are fine.

Any ideas?

Check path to your graphics, maybe you are using relative url instead
of full one.
