Bug in Calendar Control

I can definately confirm that the Calendar Control
<titlestyle/> property does not generate the correct HTML
when rendered to the browser.

This must be a bug with the control as I have tried
several different configuations to make the control
behave the way that I want.

I have tried using a style sheet property to control the
alignment. I tried using horizontalalign attribute of
<titlestyle> and that still did not render the correct
html.

Any ideas?
