bug in vs 2005 resource editor?

I was following docs to enter localized values in a resx file. The
instructions said a key like Home.title was needed (to localize the content
of web.sitemap). I used global resource file and entering Home.title a red
exclamation mark shows up in the editor on that line, yet the data in the
file gets used correctly when running the program.

Does anyone know of a workaround so that error indicator does not show when
in IDE in such case?
