Button resize?

I noticed Mozilla resizes the text in a button, despite the lack of a
font-size attribute.
IE5.5 doesn't resize unless i add a font-size: 100% in the stylesheet.

Should a button's text resize anyway?

It isn't defined in the specification as far as I know - so it should do
whatever the browser's style sheet (or the user's if they have one) says.

From a usability perspective, defaulting to input { font-size: 100%; } is a
good thing.
